About Verdana
Verdana Health Advisory is led by Anne Baskakova, a senior product and transformation operator with 15+ years inside complex healthcare organizations.
Anne's work spans academic medical centers, health systems, and global digital health companies — including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai Health System, and Teladoc Health. Across these settings, she helped R&D and product organizations modernize how they develop, collaborate, and deliver — without compromising the rigor that complex, regulated environments require.
Verdana operates as principal-led independent practice and collaborates with trusted partners such as T2 Tech to scale into larger enterprise engagements when the work calls for it. The model is built to stay focused and senior throughout — clients work with the operator they hired, not a junior team behind a brand.
